I provide face to face integrative therapy in SW London as well as online sessions via Zoom (a free web conferencing software tool). This means that if you think we are a good fit, we can work together regardless of where in the UK or world that you live. Integrative Therapy draws upon a wide range of different psychological tools and techniques including CBT, hypnotherapy, ACT and compassionate therapy to help you achieve the life you want.
When we focus on the future and set goals to work towards we naturally move away from the things that were keeping us feeling stuck or powerless. I specialise in supporting people with autoimmune health conditions and chronic illnesses as well as working with people who are dealing with stress and anxiety, low self-esteem and worry.
