The election has everyone stressed and frazzled; lets not even get started on Brexit. Then there’s the climate crisis, the string of wars and civil unrest’s around the world affecting so many of our community. There’s the recent terrorist attack in London Bridge. And then to top it all off …. it’s nearly Christmas.
In the UK 75% of people reported being so stressed that the couldn’t cope in the last year. That’s before all any of the events that I mentioned above. That’s just living their everyday lives.
