It’s easy to feel trapped in the past, and some people are frightened that seeing a therapist will mean constantly going over and over past traumas. As a solution focused therapist, I believe in starting from the present and working towards a goal, so most of my clients don’t have to talk about or even know why they feel the way they do…we focus on the future, not the past. Integrative therapy can help you understand and take control of your thoughts and behaviour, allowing you to change patterns. Working together, we can use a range of different tools and interventions, communicate with the unconscious mind and create solutions to problems.

I’ve always been fascinated with how the mind works and had a strong drive to help people. In 2009 I completed a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). I then went on to work in the community sector at a mental health not-for-profit. While I was there I created and ran programmes to support our clients. These programmes mostly focused on improving anxiety and depression. Working directly with our client base was incredibly rewarding and taught me many valuable skills.
I’m a fully qualified and insured integrative therapist and clinical hypnotherapist. I’m registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy so you can feel confident that I’m trained to high standards. Throughout my career I’ve had extensive training in CBT, mindfulness, ACT and other third wave therapies, psychosensory interventions and NLP. In 2017 I was awarded the London Hypnotherapy Academy ‘Rising Star’ award for hypnotherapy. This integration of different disciplines allows me to create a treatment plan that is tailored to you that bring about sustainable, lifelong change.
